Head of Strategy
and Platform Development 

Job Description

You will work with technology and design team to craft and validate platform ideas that are fresh and innovative while reach clients’ business goals as a new S-curve or new startups. You study industry’s landscape, consumer behavior trends and go-to-market strategy to validate the feasibility of the ideas. Through a curious mind, you bring strategic mindset, business owners’ perspective and startup founder’s attitude, along with the ability to think about what is -- and what could be. 
We are looking for someone who have had experiences of developing tech products and understand what it’s like to create and grow the product. The ideal candidate is someone who has a tech product knowledge with a strong business mindset such as ex-startup cofounder or management level at a tech company. You will be a part of the company’s leadership team and work directly with senior management and CEOs of the company. As a client-facing role, you will consult clients base on their visions and dream, trying to make that dream into reality. 



  • Recommend strategic directions and decisions that creates medium-and long-term growth for the company and key clients; including but not limited to 

    • Be responsible for bringing together and analyzing information such as competitive landscape, business model, technology, strategic priorities, and market conditions in order to identify and validate potential business ideas  

    • Transform vague concepts into executable plan/business model and/or platform 

    • Perform market feasibility, tech feasibility and financial feasibility. 

    • Develop and present business model, strategy and prioritization plan of the digital platform. 

  • Facilitate and drive key strategic clients and initiatives through conceptualization phase toward implementation phase 

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Economics, Management Information System, IT, Engineering  

  • At least 5-10 years working experience in strategic planning, business development, tech product development. Project management experience is considered a plus 

  • Past experience at a start-up c-level, cofounders are a plus 

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills 

  • Strong leadership skill  

  • Fluent in business English and Thai is a must
